Purchase and Bidding Information:
  • Buyer must be at least 18 years old to bid.
  • Buyer must submit a security deposit to the Storage Facility.
  • If a unit is purchased, Buyer is responsible for removing the entire contents of the unit. All items MUST be removed, and the storage unit must be “broom sweep” clean condition within 48-hours from close of auction . If all items are not removed, the security deposit will be forfeited and Buyer will be charged disposal and cleaning fees.
  • Buyer has the option to enter into a lease agreement for the purchased unit or unit(s).
  • Buyer is responsible for locking and securing the purchased unit or unit(s) during the 48-hour period after the close of the auction.
  • ONLY CASH will be accepted from the Buyer as payment for the unit auction at the time of sale.
  • If the Defaulted Tenant pays for all outstanding amounts BEFORE the Buyer pays for the unit, the Defaulted Tenant has the legal right to take possession of the unit and cancel the auction (unless it is otherwise stated in the State’s lien laws or directly specified in writing by the Storage facility).
  • The Storage Facility is not liable for any illegal items or goods that may be in the storage unit or are removed from the unit by the Buyer.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all auction dates and times are displayed in the local time.
Pick up and Disposal:
  • All property secured by winning bids must be removed from the unit or units within 48-hours after the close of the auction.
  • You must have an Auction Bidder Receipt in order to pick up unit contents.
  • You must present a valid state issued photo ID to the site manager that matches the name on the Auction Bidder Receipt.
  • You must remove all contents from the unit and leave the unit in “broom sweep” condition within the required cleanout time unless Buyer enters into a new lease agreement.
  • A refundable cleaning deposit may also be charged, and the deposit amount may vary by Storage Facility.
  • You are not allowed to use the on-site dumpsters. Use of a facility dumpster will result in additional fees.
  • Personal items (birth certificates, passports, driver's licenses, photo albums, bank statements, and similar documents) must be returned to the site manager at the time of removal.
  • All contents are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
  • No representations are made as to the nature, value or fitness of the contents.
  • The Storage Facility reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bid.
  • Sale is subject to adjournment.
